“Update from 2018 article on Faceviders. Jada Pinkett Smith, Will Smith’s ‘Red Table Talk’ Gets Over 15 Million Facebook Views in First 24 Hours”

Just a few short years ago, digital marketing was on the uptick and marketers were taking note. For those that fell behind, the results were catastrophic. Look around, and you’ll see a growing list of companies closing their doors. Many of these companies have failed simply because they didn’t heed the warning that marketers like myself were declaring: traditional marketing and commerce is dying, the digital age is here!

Digital marketing is now being accepted and embraced today; after all, it’s what works best for consumers. When we view ourselves as consumers, we see a reflection of what our own customers want. They want to be able to get fast customer service from the palms of their hands.

There’s been a lot of talk about Facebook, and I know it hasn’t all been great. Even with the blows, the company has taken, more and more people are using it. In fact, when we look at Facebook Messenger, we see a platform that is single-handedly bigger than Snapchat, Twitter, and Instagram combined. Even for as popular as the latter three are today, Facebook Messenger is bigger.

There are more than 7 billion conversations going on within Messenger each and every single day. There are more than 1.3 billion users on Facebook Messenger, and when we look to the numbers again, we see that 100 million new users are coming to Messenger every five or six months. The numbers are climbing, and that certainly changes things.

Why should we be concerned with the growing Messenger platform? How can we tie that in with building a bigger and better bottom line? Well, the answer might actually surprise you, especially if you aren’t already aware of how business-friendly Messenger has worked to be.

Yes, Facebook realizes the importance their platform plays in the business to customer relationships, and they are working to capitalize on those relationships. Still, they make it easy to build those relationships at no cost. You, as a business, can use Messenger and numerous tools at no cost. Plus, you can always create content as a Facevider.

Before how we go into the specifications of how Facebook Messenger, Portal, and Faceviding are going to change consumerism and marketing forever, let’s first take a look at Faceviding.

“Faceviders are at the early stage of changing the television and movie industries. With channels like Dust on Facebook Watch, you will find high-quality video content and production. Megastars like Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk are getting high reviews for their Facebook Watch shows.”

Faceviders are people who create video-based content for audiences on Facebook. Believe it or not, Facebook’s video content is set to overthrow that of YouTube. Facebook Watch is free, which draws in a lot of viewers, and the content is drawing in huge numbers. Of course, the quality of content is also a factor, and Faceviders are pulling analytics that set them on the fast-track to massive growth ahead of YouTube views. It’s even poised to overthrow YouTube as the king of video content!
